Diamanto Stylianou

Communications Officer

Diamanto Stylianou (1987, Limassol) is a translator, editor, and copywriter, specialising in cultural editions and publications. She closely works with local and international cultural organisations, NGOs, theatres, and independent artists.


Alongside her professional path in Translation, and through her collaborations with artists and cultural institutions, she has developed a strong interest in Cinema. Since 2012, she has held an active role in the organisation and production of Cyprus' most important film festivals, and as a catalogue editor (ISFFC, Cyprus Film Days, Images and Views of Alternative Cinema).


She also collaborates with the Oscar-qualifying Drama International Short Film Festival (Greece) as a catalogue editor. She studied in France, at the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis (Licence – LEA in Foreign Languages Applied to Translation, 2008), at the University of Aix-en-Provence (Université d'Aix-Marseille 1, Master in Translation, 2009), and graduated in 2010 from the University of Surrey, UK with an MA in Public Service Interpreting.
