POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Outreach and Projects Manager will develop, in collaboration with the management team, a programme of actions and initiatives to create and develop synergies with members of different communities of Lemesos as well as artistic, cultural organisations, institutions and stakeholders, while implementing networking and collaboration activities.

The position may be part-time or full-time until the completion of the 2nd phase of the bidding process (end of 2025) and, if the title is awarded, may be renewed at the sole discretion of the Organisation to a full-time position with expanded duties.

The person selected must have a very good knowledge of the wider Limassol area and its cultural sector. Very good organisational and communication skills are also required, as well as experience in the planning, management and implementation of projects in the cultural sector.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement actions to engage communities, institutions and stakeholders.
Establish a programme of contact, interaction and inclusion with schools, cultural organisations and partner groups within and outside the Municipality of Limassol.
Organising and implementing actions and events through collaborations and synergies with events that are either already taking place or planned in Lemesos.
Planning and implementation of information meetings and presentations to promote the philosophy and actions of the Organisation.
Monitoring, recording and evaluation of actions through collaborations and synergies.
Coordination of volunteers, partner organisations and other members of the Organisation for the effective implementation of actions.
Promoting a cooperative and inclusive working environment in the spirit of the Organisation's philosophy.
Coordinate with the communication team to produce content and materials to promote the Organisation's networking and collaborative activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

University degree preferably in cultural management or other related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications will be considered an additional asset.
Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
Proven experience in networking, community engagement or public relations, preferably in a cultural or non-profit organisation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to organise, manage and implement projects in the cultural sector and to organise and coordinate meetings and discussions.
Very good knowledge of the cultural sector of the broader Limassol area.
Knowledge and passion for the arts, cultural heritage, cultural and multicultural development.
Flexibility in working hours and days (evenings or weekends for events).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Collectiveness, responsibility, ability to work under challenging and pressurised conditions.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools such as Google Drive/Dropbox etc.

FEE

An attractive contract and remuneration will be offered depending on qualifications and experience. Contributions to Social Security and Holiday Fund will be included.
